Nebraskans for Abortion Access 

Nebraska for Abortion Access is led by a group of Nebraska-based abortion rights advocacy organizations. Because of the need for this client to quickly spread awareness, I created a logo that could not only be easily recognizable, but visible at a range of different scales; whether on a bulletin board or sticker. 

Throughout the design process, I pulled inspiration from other social justice organizations and movements both in the United States and beyond. The color green actually was inspired by the abortion rights movement in Latin America. The half-tone effect played a huge role in elevating this design effect, along with diagonal lines to emphasize the drop shadow in the silhouette of Nebraska.
